ENSECO, a. s. processes personal data of the persons concerned (data subjects) pursuant to the Sec. 19 and Sec. 20 of the Act no.: 18/2018, Coll. on personal data protection, as amended, by the articles 13& 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data.
