Technical Quality Control

We guarantee top-quality services. Our quality control team conducts thorough inspections and tests of supplied materials to ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements. This includes overseeing ongoing work and performing output inspections. To continuously improve the quality of our services, we actively develop, refine, and optimize our quality control processes.

Quality Documentation

We prepare complete quality documentation, including inspection and testing plans, welding documentation, Classified Equipment Quality Plans, and accompanying technical documentation.

Welding Procedure Specification (WPS): This document provides detailed instructions on how to perform a specific weld, including parameters like joint design, base metals, filler metals, welding positions, preheat, and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) requirements.

Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR): This is a record of test results used to verify that the welding procedure meets the required standards. It includes details about the materials, welding process, and test results.

Supervision

The entire process—from manufacturing to the installation of pressure and gas equipment—is carried out under strict quality control supervision and coordination. This includes pressure testing and inspections conducted by our certified technicians, who hold authorizations within and beyond the EU.

We carry out qualified welding work, including complete welding documentation, coordination of welding activities, and supervision.

Material Inspection and Welding Tests

In addition to welding execution, we also conduct tests of weld joints, manufactured equipment, and structures. Our in-house capabilities allow us to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds, saving you both time and costs. For material composition verification, we use positive material identification (PMI) with our specialized instruments.

Lifting Equipment Inspections

Our certified technicians will inspect lifting equipment and elevators, ensuring their functionality and safety.

We offer these services individually or as part of a comprehensive turnkey EPC contract. An EPC project covers a wide range of services, from engineering and procurement, through technical preparation and equipment manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, including complete documentation. We tailor the project to your specific requirements. Read more in the EPC Projects section.
