Present
Pipe insulations
We are intensively preparing for a new challenge – upgrading our profile with a new product; production of pipe and equipment insulation including installation. For this purpose, we procured a high quality machine for the fabrication of sheet metal parts for thermal insulation. This machine has all the attributes of the latest technology. A dedicated team was trained to work with this special equipment and improve its expertise.
- We offer complex sheet metal working services including surveying, bidding, consultancy, material supply and installation of sheet metal systems plus warranty and post-warranty service.
- We manufacture thermal insulation, cold insulation, HVAC distribution systems including surface finish with heat saving, environmental protection, as well as health and safety measures to prevent burn injuries in mind.
- In sheet metal insulation manufacturing, we use the latest technology, specifically, the Swiss-made MABI Bingo 16-Z EVO, MABI Logo, MABI 4B and MABI 4QS.
- Further sheet metal parts processing is done using METALLKRAFT® equipment and equipment procured from První hanácká BOW, spol. s r. o., Bři Švarcové, s. r. o., SEMET, s. r. o., etc.

We offer complex services in the entire power industry, not only for nuclear power. Service, such as design, development and execution, high-skill installation activities, effective coordination of projects, non-destructive testing, calculations, inspections and testing, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment, are in such quality that we are also able to offer them to our clients individually, adjusting their scope according to the client’s wishes or project needs. Both in the core area and outside it.
Acquisition of a subsidiary company
ENSECO is constantly striving to grow and move forward. In 2019 we acquired a subsidiary KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ STRESS ANALYSIS GROUP, s. r. o. (KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ SAG). As a company focused on engineering activities, KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ SAG enhanced significantly the independence of our company in terms of design and engineering activities by enabling our company to offer a wider range of services in terms of both human resources and expertise. The services are focused on detailed designs, strength and seismic calculations, hydraulic calculations and other analyses. These services increase our competitiveness on domestic and foreign markets. Our team was enriched by experienced designers, calculation specialists, mechanical engineers, structural engineers and specialists in the field of calculations for valves, piping and steel structures.
Why KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ SAG?
KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ STRESS ANALYSIS GROUP, s. r. o., was founded in 2000. The company consists mainly of employees of KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ RIA, a. s. – Strength Calculations Department, formerly known as Královopolské strojírny Brno, a. s. – Computing Department. KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ SAG thus acquired more than 40 years of experience in the field of design processes and calculations, which forms the base for their scope of services. Extended experience and a wide portfolio of calculations were the main incentives to invest our time and efforts into the merger. The expanded portfolio of services provides ENSECO with an opportunity for professional and competitive growth on both the domestic and foreign markets.
