For vibration diagnostics, we use the ADASH VA5PRO device, which enables the collection and real-time analysis of a wide range of parameters, including vibration analysis, balancing, deformation detection, fault detection, acoustic and ultrasonic analysis, stethoscope function, and lubrication monitoring, among many others. This device allows for more accurate and faster measurements, real-time on-site evaluations, implementation of predictive maintenance programs, and ongoing data analysis through advanced software tools.
Vibration diagnostics are a key part of testing rotating machinery, equipment, and bearings. Our services begin with post-installation inspections, but we also offer on-the-fly diagnostics during normal equipment operation.
Sometimes, measurement points are not defined by the equipment manufacturer. In these cases, we can identify the correct locations ourselves and even design an inspection plan A new feature is long-term data collection, enabling us to recommend predictive maintenance and servicing steps. All collected data can be incorporated into project documentation or relevant operational regulations.
By selecting and properly configuring machines with rotating components, we primarily help to prevent accidents and workplace injuries. Smooth and reliable machine operation helps reduce costs. On-site analysis of specific equipment reveals which machines need to be repaired, overhauled, or completely replaced – as well as which individual components require attention. As a result, repairs are needed less frequently. We help prevent secondary costs associated with downtime and operational interruptions, as well as the losses caused by unexpected equipment failures
We offer these services individually or as part of a comprehensive turnkey EPC contract. An EPC project covers a wide range of services, from engineering and procurement, through technical preparation and equipment manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, including complete documentation. We tailor the project to your specific requirements. Read more in the EPC Projects section.
