Technological Units/Systems Commissioning

We will efficiently resolve all challenges that arise during the execution and coordination of work volumes required for commissioning technological systems. Our specialized commissioning team will take care of these activities. Successful commissioning requires organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex system startup processes while making critical technical decisions during the commissioning phase. Each system must be tested both individually and comprehensively before being put into operation, whether it is nuclear power plant equipment, conventional energy systems, or other technological installations.

Commissioning activities include multiple steps and stages:

  • Managing the completion of assembly to initiate the commissioning phase
  • Developing post-installation cleaning operation programs for pipeline systems
  • Preparing pressure test programs in compliance with Slovak and EU regulations
  • Managing and executing post-installation cleaning operations
  • Managing and conducting pressure tests of pipeline systems and equipment
  • Creating programs for individual tests of technical devices within the technological system, including mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems
  • Developing functional test programs for complete technological units/systems across disciplines
  • Managing and coordinating functional test implementation across disciplines
  • Preparing a commissioning schedule that accounts for all inputs and follow-ups
  • Resolving operational issues that arise during project execution and coordination

We offer these services individually or as part of a comprehensive turnkey EPC contract. An EPC project covers a wide range of services, from engineering and procurement, through technical preparation and equipment manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, including complete documentation. We tailor the project to your specific requirements. Read more in the EPC Projects section.
