Commissioning activities include multiple steps and stages:
- Managing the completion of assembly to initiate the commissioning phase
- Developing post-installation cleaning operation programs for pipeline systems
- Preparing pressure test programs in compliance with Slovak and EU regulations
- Managing and executing post-installation cleaning operations
- Managing and conducting pressure tests of pipeline systems and equipment
- Creating programs for individual tests of technical devices within the technological system, including mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems
- Developing functional test programs for complete technological units/systems across disciplines
- Managing and coordinating functional test implementation across disciplines
- Preparing a commissioning schedule that accounts for all inputs and follow-ups
- Resolving operational issues that arise during project execution and coordination
