The safety and resilience of technological systems depend on a well-designed project and precise calculations. Our engineers are ready to perform:
- Strength calculations for piping systems, including supports and auxiliary steel structures, seismic loads calculations, and static and dynamic analyses following ASME, EN, NTD ASI standards
- Hydraulic calculations
- Balance calculations
We will provide calculations for pressure vessels, apparatus, and tanks of various shapes and sizes, including anchoring, supporting steel structures, platforms, cranes, lifting equipment, valves, and flange joints. These activities include:
- Design calculations
- Static linear and nonlinear analysis (primary and secondary load analysis, analysis of thermal fields – steady-state and transient, thermal shocks)
- Dynamic (wind, vibrations, water hammer) and seismic analysis (mono- or multispectral methods, seismic response over time – direct integration of motion equations of linear and nonlinear systems, HCLPF factor calculations)
- Fatigue assessment, operational history assessment – service life prediction (controlled aging), remaining operational life
- Stability calculations
- Vibrations of tall vessels, slender chimneys subjected to wind loads, design of dampers, etc.
- Processing measured data – loads (pressure, temperatures), vibrations, displacements, etc.
- Calculations of thermal fields (steady-state, transient) and thermomechanical calculations
All calculations and analyses meet the requirements of EN, NTD, ASME, ANSI, RTM, GOST, or KTA standards.
Software ee use for calculations:
- PVElite, PVESS for apparatus and tanks
- JAPAR, STAPAR, Caesar II for pipelines
- SCIA Engineering for steel structures
- ANSYS for FEA systems
We offer these services individually or as part of a comprehensive turnkey EPC contract. An EPC project covers a wide range of services, from engineering and procurement, through technical preparation and equipment manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, including complete documentation. We tailor the project to your specific requirements. Read more in the EPC Projects section.
