We offer welding services in compliance with the highest standards and norms based on approved Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR).
We also coordinate welding operations, prepare welding documentation, and perform necessary weld joint testing.
The welding methods we use, as defined by EN ISO 4063:
111 – Manual metal arc welding (MMA)
135 – Metal inert/active gas welding with a consumable electrode (MIG/MAG)
141 – Tungsten/Wolfram inert gas welding (TIG/WIG)
142 – Tungsten inert gas welding without filler material (TIG/WIG)
Our welders are certified to weld groups of base materials following TNI CEN ISO/TR 15608, specifically: groups 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 5, and 8.
Welding of Pressure Equipment
Welding of pressure equipment requires strict compliance with safety standards and certified procedures. The PED 2014/68/EÚ Directive sets the requirements for manufacturing, repairing, and inspecting pressure equipment within the EU to ensure safety and reliability.
Our company offers professional welding of pressure equipment in compliance with this directive, including welding procedures, quality control, and complete documentation required for commissioning the equipment.
Orbital Welding
TIG orbital welding is a precision welding method that creates an electric arc between a non-consumable tungsten electrode and the workpiece. The arc is shielded by an inert gas, typically argon, to prevent oxidation and ensure weld purity. This process allows for the automated movement of the welding head around the pipe, achieving a high-quality, uniform, and reliable weld around its entire circumference. Orbital welding is ideal for applications requiring accuracy, repeatability, and high joint strength.
Plastic Welding
We offer professional plastic welding following EN 13067, which defines the qualification requirements for plastic welders and ensures high-quality weld joints. Our services are provided in line with valid plastic welder certificates (EPW), including:
- Butt welding of PP using a hot plate
- Poly-fusion socket welding of PP using a hot plate
- Electrofusion welding of PP
- Butt welding of PE using a hot plate
- Poly-fusion socket welding of PE using a hot plate
- Electrofusion welding of PE
Welding Coordination
Welding coordination is carried out by STN EN 3834 y our EWE/IWE (European/International Welding Engineers), EWT/IWT (European/International Welding Technologists) and PWT (Plastic Welding Technologists).
We prepare welding documentation, including:
- Zvarová dokumentácia podľa noriem IS0 9000:2015, STN EN 3834 a STN EN 14731
- Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification (pWPS)
- Approved Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) following ISO 15614-1, and EN 13 067
- Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) following EN 15609-1, and STN P CEN/TS 16862
- Technological procedures for production and assembly activities
We Inspect Welded Joints after Completion
